With 20 +  years of HR Leadership, Talent Management and Customer Success Consulting experience, Joe combines his experience working as a senior executive in some of the most innovative companies in the world with his unique experience of working in start-up environments through fortune 100/500 companies.

Previously a member of the senior HR leadership teams at IntelyCare, Access Information Management, HireVue, The Boston Beer Company, Bain & Company and an early career as a head hunter in the Accounting & Finance group at Winter Wyman, Joe has a wealth of experience in strategic HR Strategy, Talent and Organizational Development.

Understanding diverse company cultures, Joe knows first-hand that to be truly successful and happy, one must “Do what you love and love what you do".  In July 2017, Joe took a leap of faith to follow a dream and open his own HR consulting firm, Black Diamond HR Consulting, LLC.      

Joe is passionate about his family and enjoys being active in the community. He loves coaching youth sports, has run 3 Boston Marathons and is an avid skier and golfer. He is a member of Society For Resource Management (SHRM), The Northeast Human Resource Association (NEHRA), the Duxbury Chamber of Commerce and certified (PI) The Predictive Index partner.
